Diana McCargo is the cofounder of Philo Ridge Farm, an organic regenerative agriculture production and research farm and beloved community gathering space in Charlotte, Vermont.

Diana’s lifelong passions for environmental preservation, organic gardening, and cooking simple, seasonal meals inspired her farm’s focus on practicing sustainable agriculture and sharing its healthy, delicious harvest with a wide community at its vibrant on-site market and restaurant.

Her first cookbook will be published in 2025.
